the place was stunning and we were amazed how huge and had a beautiful view of the lake. we had a great family time. its also not too far from Perisher and Thredbo. The staffs from Accommodation Jindabyne were great! we accidentally left valuables and they organised to mail it back. it
would have been better though if the bathroom spa downstairs is not leaking, still highly recommended!!!

Great and modern place for the family or group of friends looking for a trip to the Snowy Mountains!

It’s overall a great property with lots of nice small touches that’ll keep you warm and comfortable. The only thing is the driveway is abit steep, we had a big van so it was kinda hard getting in and out, otherwise smaller cars would reverse and fit in fine!

Great location and really great house for 9 people. Everyone had their own space to retreat to. Then the communal areas together had plenty of space to all be in there together. we had 9 people, Car parking was good and the drying room was laid out well and very handy. will return and highly recommend.

First time booking our snow vacation through Accommodation Jindabyne and we were very impressed. Communication before check in was excellent, the collection of keys was quick and easy (the grocery voucher was a lovely unexpected extra) and our home was warm and clean. A problem with the microwave during our stay was dealt with in a professional manner and it was replaced that day while we were on the slopes.
Couldn't fault this company and we would not hesitate to book through Accommodation Jindabyne next year!

We had an unpleasant experience rather would say as an inconvenience at this accommodation especially during this winter season. We all included 8 adults and 5 children. The aircon was having issues and rooms at ground level would heat up too high with almost no heating in the above rooms. This was addressed, however this issue never got fully resolved and we were told not to adjust its settings which affected the ventilation in whole house. This has caused the kids sleepless nights. Further, the toilet on ground level had faulty locks causing the door to remain unlocked at all times. This was very embarrassing for women and kids to use the toilet. Also, the wash basin in the above shower and toilet area was clogging on all days and it never got fixed despite bringing to the attention of the staff. On our second morning, no hot water was available for shower and hence we all had to wait all day until late evening for the hot water to be available. The only good thing about this accommodation we believe was its location and car parking facility. We suggest for those who have large families to please confirm any issues and check every small thing prior to making the booking for this accommodation. Thanks.
