Vanessa is an amazing wedding co-ordinator who pays attention to every detail and makes the whole process seem effortless.

We can't thank Vanessa enough for such a smooth process in planning our wedding. We initially had another planner who was pretty absent in communication. As soon as Vanessa took over, everything became easy, communication was excellent, Vanessa always replied to emails quickly and was happy to answer my frequent questions.

Throughout the process Vanessa made changes to update finer details, such as table numbers, menus and guest list signs, to ensure everything looked perfect.

Not only is Vanessa brilliant at her job, she is a beautiful soul with a warm and engaging personality and was a joy to be around.

All our vendors commented how easy it was communicating and co-ordinating with Vanessa.

Everything came together perfectly and we had the most beautiful wedding day with many thanks to Vanessa.

Meeting with Vanessa leading up to my wedding put my mind at ease, she was so organised and I knew everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail made everything run so smoothly on the day, it was such a beautiful wedding.

We were lucky enough to have Vanessa as our wedding coordinator/planner in November 2023. Vanessa is extremely organised, punctual, professional, incredibly friendly and has a very positive attitude. She listens to your requests and then caters the wedding day to your wishes so it flows fluently. My husband and I couldn’t recommend Vanessa enough! ?

If you’re reading this you need to book V Wild Weddings! We booked her 2 weeks out from our wedding to capture content and it was the best decision. Vanessa was bubbly, fast at responding and a delight to have around for our day. She fit in so well along side our photographer and was helpful in organising group shots. The reels created and content she captured was exactly what we discussed. We were blown away by the reels and cam corder film and couldn’t stop watching them. Thank you so much V ?

Vanessa is professional, organised and so much fun to work with! Her experience and attention to detail allowed her to help us with every last minute change and took so much stress away from us so that we could actually enjoy our day!

On top of Vanessa's coordinating skills, she also created some incredible content for us! I was blown away by the quality of her work and how quickly she got it to us! Our professional photographs turned out less than ideal and I am so grateful that Vanessa was there to capture everything that they missed! The content she created for us will truly be cherished for a lifetime!

Vanessa is totally focused on making you feel so special and ensuring you have everything you need to make your big day so memorable.
