I had booked ‘angel’ for my event - she forgot to get her wings and said that she had not been informed.
There was delay with her getting ready and starting the event- all the kids had to wait.
Number of tiaras were less than promised and again the performer said that she hadn’t been informed of the same, lots of kids felt bad because of the same.
There were multiple delays between the games.
No certificate or crowns were given to the birthday girls as promised.

My complaint was not answered when I raised it either since money had already been paid, not a very smooth or pleasant experience..

Team JinzZy really live more than expectations. Artist Anna was specially very friendly, happy, involved and kind with kids, my kiddo believed that both are real that’s what matter for me …!!!

Professional and given dream come true feeling to your kiddos ?
Happy to get in touch with them and always will hire for further as well.

Even I confirmed them late night still they managed things on time.

Our overall experience with Jinzzy has been amazing...right from contacting them till after the event !! Rani has coordinated closely and given me exactly what I asked for, without any complications. Shivam, the artist, who came on demand and special request...as I had seen his performance at 2 events....gave such an incredible performance and was such a kind and patient person with all the kids and guests present.
This performance was a surprise for my son...it amazed all our guests, as well. I definitely recommend them for events. ?

we had spider man and black panther in our birthday party . kids really had fun with them , even the parents are so amazed to see there dance performs . they have engaged all people in the party . highly recommended for any short of party
