Despite the large, clear “NO ADVERTISING – ESPECIALLY REAL ESTATE” signs on our mailbox in Riverstone, this agency continues to ignore them and leave unwanted flyers.

We are sick of dealing with spam like this. The responsibility is on your agency and the people you hire to deliver material to respect signage and avoid dumping advertising where it isn’t wanted. Saying it was a third-party distributor doesn’t excuse it — you chose them, so you are accountable.

We will not provide our exact address — nor should we have to — because the onus is entirely on agents and advertisers to check signage before delivering.

We do not need or want your advertising. If more spam is received, expect further escalation — additional household members will add reviews and we’ll make sure this feedback is posted on more platforms.
