A Warning to Anyone Considering Century 21 and Amit Sharma

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Century 21, specifically under Amit Sharma's management, has been appalling enough to warrant a warning to others.

Firstly, I mistakenly sent my rental payment to this agency (my previous real estate agent). When I realized the error, I reached out to resolve the situation. Amit Sharma himself answered the phone twice—both times he rudely hung up on me. Not once did he display professionalism or the basic courtesy to help rectify the situation.

I then had to chase down the office staff, who assured me the refund was being processed. After a week of waiting and zero results, I discovered they didn’t even have my bank details to process the refund they claimed was "underway." This level of dishonesty and incompetence is shocking.

This isn’t the first time this agency has caused unnecessary stress. While renting through them, we faced constant lies and unprofessional conduct. They made baseless accusations to withhold our bond, claiming the property "stunk" and required carpet replacements—despite us hiring professionals to clean the place thoroughly before leaving.

This agency, led by Amit Sharma, has proven to be the most unethical and incompetent real estate agency I’ve encountered. Rude, dismissive, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. If you’re considering using Century 21, especially under Amit’s management, run the other way. You’ll save yourself countless headaches.
