Recently travelled with 2 of my friends to Kenya & Tanzania. We love Sam!! She was knowledgeable, dedicated to getting us the best deals and always responsive to the questions we had. The best measure of how a company looks after it's customers is when there is a problem. We had a minor hiccup at one of the hotels and once I contacted Sam she was onto it and sorted it out quickly, and it was on a weekend. Thanks again Sam for everything. very disappointing visit, Tamara who is apparently a TL doesn't have any idea of what she is doing and ended up provided the incorrect information and I booked my flight to the incorrect destination. I had to take a ferry and then a cab to reach my booked accommodation while the other airport was only 30 min away from the accommodation which I should have booked but due to her lack of knowledge, I had to suffer and paid extra for ferry and cab.
