Its the worst, unhelpful, inconvenient reception I ever encountered. Did not managed to go in. We are 4 and only 1 have issues with reading the ID card. If they are worried about the age, he is obviously more than 21 years old. And by confirming his address, all of us have the same surname, obviously we are family trying to get in and enjoy their resto and meal. Long story short, we cannot come in the West HQ Rootyhill, because of this policy and the lady receptionist who's a blocker and not a problem solver. Never will we come in to this place. Adios!

The pizzas were delicious but not the kids pizza. The chicken combo set that we ordered was not worth $45 as the kale salad was overly salty and the chicken was average but chips were delicious and crunchy.
This place is really great for big group gatherings as it's really clean and the atmosphere is great and the waiters were really quick to help pack the dishes away.

It’s always lovely to visit West HQ, and i love their food court selection (especially gelato omg who can say no to gelato at 10pm?). The steak (tried couple of times) are usually good, a bit pricey for me and sometimes the salad looked sad. The pizza takes quite a while, and even worse when during busy hours. The smaller cafe can provide quicker service but the line up is usually long. Next time i should try their Thai restaurant.

A bit scary to walk to west HQ at night because lighting are minimum.

I went to West HQ at Rooty Hill to watch my granddaughter in a dance comp. The place was easy & straightforward to find. There was an abundance of parking available in the vicinity.

The actual auditorium where the performance took place was huge, plenty if seating, excellent lighting, so dancers on the stage were clearly visible right from the back of the room.

After the comp we went downstairs to the eating area. A good array of choices available, again with plenty of seating available. Everything was clean & tidy. Wait times for food was minimal, considering how busy it was.

Never having been to Rooty Hill Club before, i was very impressed with the standard of all areas & facilities. Will go back again for certain.

If you’re looking for entertainment, I do not recommend you go this RSL on a Friday or Saturday night. The music starts very late. Sometimes it doesn’t start until 10pm which is absolutely ridiculous. Other venues start at 9pm where you can actually dance and have a great time.

I ordered Thai green curry- it was not up to standard where I have tasted many Thai restaurants. It was not tasting like Thai Green curry.. I don't think I can visit again.

This place is full of surprises, not to mention the massive hidden casino that’s said to be one of the largest in NSW. The dining area is also interesting with a ‘food court’ style layout where the fancy restaurants with fancy menus and $$$ are around the floor with all seating areas combined in the middle. You also have to order at the counter and collect your food making it feel like you’re eating at a food court but paying for super fine dining

Great restaurant at 33 Grill. Food was fantastic. So few people in here on a Friday, it was like the waiters were there just for us.
