Bad bad bad my service didn’t come so I had to wait for the next one and then the bus driver goes down the wrong road so I had to walk extra 1 km and then when I am walking the bus comes down the right road I was over an hour late because of this. The drivers are also mean very little things cause them road rage drivers driving recklessly and looks like they hate their job and they are very sleepy while driving

Extremely poor public transport company, reported an incident of their driver driving recklessly only to be told they thought it was fine because "CCTV didn't show passengers being thrown about" - I guess that's the standard we can expect then, if passengers aren't flying all over the bus, this company thinks the driving is fine!!

Perhaps their management ought to have caught that bus ride standing up, then they might be able to explain how they get off on telling passengers what is and isn't reckless driving by a driver having responsibility for lives of the general public!

Driver deserves a warning at the very least to drive more carefully with paying passengers, instead the company ignores it's duty of care and pretends no problem exists.

Poor drivers and poor customer service and complaints resolution is the walkaway message I am left with.
