I don't know of any other business that requires same day payment of Invoices. I have been using their services for 3 years and I have not received the type of support I was seeking and explained on my first interview. I have never met the principle yet she signs off on my tax returns. I only have praise for the staff that have helped me in the last couple of years but overall I do not feel my best interests are being managed to help me grow my business. There was also an issue EOFY2024 where my wife was charged twivce for her tax return preparation. It was reimbursed but no apologies with it. Just doesn't feel right.

I had been very anxious about my tax situation as I had not lodged one for a few years, but Sinny immediately put my mind at ease. Sinny was delightful to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I used their bookkeeping, payroll, and BAS services for a short period, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Staff payments were processed incorrectly, the BAS was overcharged, and overall, everything was messy. I wonder why they didn't ask me questions if they were not sure about anything to do the work. Hope they treated my business and money as theirs. Even now, my accounting records remain messy due to the incorrect data from that time. To make matters worse, they completed work I hadn’t requested and sent a large bill for it. I deeply regret using their services.
