I joined this club in 1988 and it was the Ryde Bi centenary year. It has always been the most hospitable and friendly club I have ever belonged to. The club has grown from strength to strength with ever increasing membership and a very strong committee committed to the clubs facilities and functioning. Would always recommend anyone interested in sailing to check out the training facilities as they are first class and the best in NSW.

The club do the best job possible at the location; friendly, helpful people, canteen, boat storage, hood rigging area and well run events.
Sailing there is better suited to slower dinghies such as the Heron and Spiral that are popular there.
The tides, flukey winds and boat traffic make racing a game of snakes and ladders.

The sailing space is perhaps not the best, but have you seen more dinghies in one place recently? I haven't. #competition
