This is such a convenient hotel to stay in when needing an overnight close to Sydney Airport. A 10 minute walk to all the terminals - great location. ||Checked in at 2 and out at 5.30am. 24 hr reception and room service dinner was delicious. Recommend the prawn dumpling soup. ||Easy to get to and from central Sydney with train station also a 10 minute walk away. Rooms lovely and clean. Very fresh looking and the hotel details are lovely.

Dated hotel which was nowhere near as nice as we had expected to start our holiday. Convenient location I suppose, but we were told by reception that it was better to get a taxi to the domestic terminal rather than a shuttle early in the morning. Since we did this we thought that we may as well have stayed in a better hotel somewhere in Sydney. Restaurant wasn’t serving food when we arrived despite the advertised closing time being 15 minutes later. Standard rooms, nothing special. Can’t think of a reason that we’d stay again. I would research better options.

There was a mix up due to a problem with Agoda so the hotel did not have our booking and we arrived at 11:30pm which was very concerning. The manager Nischal and especially Onhit were extremely helpful and put at ease as we thought we might not have anywhere to stay. They are both a credit to the hotel and we appreciates their help. The hotel room was great, both spacious and clean.

The rooms themselves might not quite reach five-star level, but the hotel absolutely won us over with its excellent gym and outstanding breakfast buffet. The gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a proper workout while traveling. And the breakfast – a real highlight – features a fresh juice station with a proper juicer, which was a game-changer for us. Starting the day with fresh-pressed juice made all the difference and was the deciding factor for giving this place five stars. Highly recommended for anyone who values great fitness facilities and a fresh Smoothie to start the day.

We stayed here for one night after a later domestic flight and before picking up our hire car the following day.|Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We slept well. The restaurant is expensive and has a large selection of meat meals which is not our thing, so we ordered from the room service menu. Very pleasantly surprised with the price and the quality of the food. It was great. Breakfast was ok, adequate but not outstanding. We used the shuttle service from the airport which was a little disorganised but it got us to the hotel. We regularly travel to Sydney and overnight near the airport, so we will stay here again.

Booked through work. Made to wait half an hour from a booking issue after a long flight in. Staff were not friendly at all. Had to point out the booking was guaranteed. Then, told b&b was not an option. Sorted it all out the next day with the works CC holder. Then, on checkout was a similar disaster. Once again needing to call the CC holder.

Definitely not a five star hotel. Surface level is where it stops. Breakfast buffet is well overpriced and the same cooked food choices daily. Coffee is rubbish from the Barista. I had a king room which was comfortable. Aircon was a hard to use touchscreen that quite often did not work right.

Overall, I stayed seven nights. Location is great. Room is comfortable. That is where it stops. Seems to value taking your money and not delivering the service you pay for.

5 star... more like 3-4 max.

The facility and the staff were great. Breakfast bar has everything you could possibly want. (Even a 3d printer for pancakes! Lol.
Just a note to air travelers, from Sydney international. You're gonna need a minimum of three hours to make it to the gate. The shuttle experiences is awesome, the people really work hard, but if you have a nine o'clock flight, for example, the shuttle's there at seven with long lines, you're gonna be running with two hours lead time. I was lucky because I was a single traveler and the shuttle was full, so they squeezed me in. The next shuttle Wasn't supposed to arrive till 7:40, and there were other large groups. There going to international also. Not sure how that ended. And just in case you're flying American Airlines, it's behind the escalator the first thing you see is section B and section A is behind it. So don't walk past it. (Don't ask me how I know that.)

Stayed the night before we flew out and it was great. Check in was easy and friendly, concierge service helpful, and the location is great.

Only downside is that the in-house restaurant is expensive, but there is lots of stuff within a 15 min walk.

Also, the bathrooms have phones in them ha!
