Your customer service was exemplary. That day, I had called many shops and they all said the same thing, that they didn't have them in stock.

You were the only one who offered to call the supplier and check if they had the items in stock, which they did, and then you called me back immediately, processed the order, promptly emailed me the receipt and today a person called John delivered it to our place.

I wanted to say a big huge thank you to you for your fantastic customer service. You are fabulous and I hope you get the recognition you deserve.

I ordered a tap on 19/05. At the time of order it says In-stock items to be dispatched within 3 business days
• Out of stock items dispatched within 5–7 business days
• Special/Custom orders – you will be contacted shortly.
It didn’t say that the tap was out of stock or special order so I assumed it would be dispatched soon. 7 business days later I hadn’t heard anything so I emailed to ask where my order was (no response). I later called to ask for an update and was told the manger would call me back ( he didn’t). I followed up twice more over phone and each time was told I would receive a call back (I didn’t). By July I had enough and asked for a refund, the person I spoke to agreed and said I would receive an email confirming the refund (I haven’t). I’ve just done a chargeback through PayPal, 11 weeks after my original order. I have had zero communication from cass brothers in this time.
