Fantastic food and service from Arpan. The order was taken promptly and accurately, with thoughtful attention to detail—he even checked if I needed anything extra. I had such a great experience at Kickin’ Inn Petersham thanks to Arpan! From the moment we walked in, he was warm, welcoming and attentive. He explained the menu so well and gave us great recommendations, which made it easier to choose. We had dinner here on Saturday night and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was warm and welcoming . It was our first time visit, but definitely won’t be the last! There was a small mix-up with the bill as we were initially charged for the wrong table, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. Overall, a great evening.

We had an incredible dining experience at Kickin’Inn! We took advantage of their $99 special deal (normally $189) and were blown away by the value and quality. The Kajun seafood spread was absolutely loaded — crab, prawns, clams, mussels, corn and more — all drenched in their rich, flavorful Cajun sauce. Everything was fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned.

The best part? Kids meal was free with the deal, which was such a great bonus for families like ours. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great time from start to finish.

Was very tasty, lots of clean meat in the crab. The sauce was delicious and had a kick to it. Service was very polite and nice although they forgot about the two mud crabs we ordered until after our meal. We ticked the birthday box when ordering but got no congratulations, special treatment or even balloons which were all around the restaurant? One of the pros was that it was quick service and good music.
