My partner and I use to come here quite often before they changed the menu. The food was amazing, delicious and fresh, decently priced and the atmosphere was great. We decided to come here again and realised the menu changed quite a lot as well as the prices, which were significantly more expensive.
The prawns were terrible… $26 dollars for four prawns which had absolutely no meat on them. They were inedible because all there was to it was the shell of the prawn. It was a complete waste of money. We also ordered the steak which was $48, it was extremely chewy and watery. The zucchini flowers were just gross and oily, we could not eat them. The pizza was fine, but not as good as what it use to be and covered in oil.
I would only recommend for families and children, other then that its not great for adults wanting a good pub meal with drinks.

Fantastic chicken burger.

The fried chicken in the burger was great, the spicy sauce is exactly that. A great combo. Reminds me of the chicken burger that used to be served at the bat and ball.

Cool spot with a nice beer garden.
Was a shame that many of the beers on tap were out.

Pizzas were so good!
Had the pepperoni and Italian sausage. Wood fired to perfection and flavour in every bite!

Points for having a vegan ricotta option on the menu - will need to come back to try it

We ordered the steak medium rare and on the menu it said - red wine jus. We got well done and a gravy.
Also we had the potato pizza - arrived 15 mins later than my partners steak. I asked for a little bit blue cheese on it, got the pizza with non on it. Pizza base was very yummy though.
Staff never around… overall I wouldn’t go again.

The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond here. I was really impressed by them!

The drinks are good. But the food was bad, I couldn’t really eat much here. I had to buy food again later from somewhere else.

We are visiting family over from UK. Called in here tonight (Tuesday) as a family of 5 adults and two grandchildren. Service and food just great. 5 stars rating from me. I’ll definitely go back.

Nice pub and restaurant with a homely feel. Kids meals (kids pizza and burgers) were awesome and affordable. I had the pork belly with lentils which was good. The popcorn chicken was also a hit with the kids. Nice selection of local craft beer. We will be back!
