Pretty much everything surpassed my expectations at this motel. Reception was super welcoming and friendly, the room was exceptional and we had a great night of sleep in possibly THE comfiest hotel/motel bed ever. We booked the family room which had a seperate room for the kids (with their own tv), a 6 seater dining table and 2 couches, along with a decent sized kitchenette. The bathroom was very functional with a separate toilet, shelves at the vanity to put your things and lots of towel racks. The room was clean and there was no-smoking outside the rooms (smokers had a designated area away from rooms), which we really appreciated. The little things were a real treat for the kids (complimentary water bottles, hot chocolate sachet and biscuit packs) and the bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were all nice too. There were multiple pillows for each bed and extra blankets in the cupboard. The pillows were thick and fluffy and the queen bed had a mattress topper that felt of high quality. The room was surprisingly quiet, despite being roadside. Reverse cycle air-conditioning kept us warm. There were also lots of power points around the room which was convenient. I can't say anything wasn't great about this place - the second tv didn't seem to get all the channels which may be a downfall for some but it didn't really matter to us. We were too impressed by everything else! We would definitely return to this motel!

$250.00 for queen and single room. Very basic and operated. Restaurant was frozen food. Ocean trout was inedible very dry with no sauce that was listed on menu. Calamari and bruschetta was disgusting. Did not eat after 2 mouthfuls. Still changed $99.00 for that rubbish and 2 wines| Will never go again or recommend. Disgusting to say the least| They need fresh produce and a chef who can cook.

An excellent stay at this classic country motel. A very friendly welcome from the hosts was nice after a long drive; the room was huge and clean and well-heated. Crockery & cutlery were a nice touch for the Thai takeaway I picked in town for dinner.||Comfy bed, a good & quiet night's sleep (I suspect the new bypass takes away a lot of the previous road noise). ||Overall a vey good stay and I'll stay here again when next visiting Parked. Thanks!

Lovely hotel/motel. Nice updated room. Bed very comfy & nice & quiet at night. Short drive into town. |Good size fridge (as we take our breaky & some food with us) Good size bathroom with separate toilet! Enjoyed our stay (2 nights).

I had a pleasant stay for one night. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was also very nice. The manager, Tom was very hospitable and welcoming and also allowed me to park my bike undercover for the night. I would highly recommend stopping by on your next road trip.

We were fortunate enough to arrive in Parkes late one afternoon on our way back to QLD. We choose the Parkes International as our 1st choice, on arrival at reception we were formally greeted by one of the Managers and secured one of the last remaining rooms. Our room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet.

Great place, very polite reception staff who made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Great value for money, location is perfect, clean, spacious room for 3. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting or just passing through! Perfect.
