We stayed at the Farmer's Hut for our anniversary. We really enjoyed the quietness and great view through the glass window. We hiked down the sheep trail to the creek and it was a good walk.
It is winter and quite cold. The house has a fireplace inside, and a firepit outside. Both have been set up and ready to light, very handy to keep us warm. On our second night it was clear sky, and looking at the milky way and stars were truly amazing. Highly recommended if you are looking to disconnect and unwind.

Wilga station truly deserves its 5 stars rating. I stayed at the farmers hut and the room is amazing, in fact better in real life. The details and thought put into the design can really be seen. The dinner package is so thoughtfully prepared (they even gave three different cakes how sweet is that? 🥹) and breakfast hamper amazing as well. You won’t be disappointed certainly. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a place to relax and enjoy! Thank you for the amazing stay

The whole house was beautiful and relaxing. We are in awe at every single detail that was put into the house. Hamish is full of knowledge and very welcoming. The farm tour is a must!!

It is a real highlight of our trip. Luxury accommodation done with a rustic charm and whilst maintaining authenticity of the land and the unique history

What a beautiful escape from the city - the Farmers Hut was perfect! It was all you need for a couple retreat - comfy bed with gorgeous linens, a fireplace to keep you warm (and did we need that - storm when we arrived and frost when we left), BBQ so my hubby had to do the cooking and an outdoor bath (too cold for me) that my husband said was spectacular ...looking at the stars and hearing the sheep. We enjoyed the walk across the farm but the best part was just the peace it offered. I think a trip back in summer will be needed!

Most amazing little getaway for an anniversary. Everything was fully kitted out and already set up on our arrival. Nothing to do but settle in and enjoy. Stunning walks, beautiful scenery and close to bathurst for yummy restaurants. Mez & Hamish are lovely and helpful - reaching out throughout our stay to see if they can do anything for us. 11/10 would go again.

We had such a beautiful 3 night stay at the Farmers Hut. Wilga station itself is stunning. A walk down to the creek with the picnic bag provided was lovely. The lamb meal package was delicious and the complimentary bacon, eggs and tomatoes with sourdough for breaky. I will recommend staying at Wilga station to everyone!

Two families of 4 with kids between 7yo -1yo. Stayed for two nights in the Shearer's shed. Great accommodation. Really nice quiet spot for a good family friendly weekend away. Very well provisioned. Fireplace heated the shed really well and bedding was super warm. Highly recommend the farm tour which was the highlight of the trip for the kids. Highly recommended.

Views like nowhere else. We stayed in the Farmers Hut for our babymoon. It’s was so relaxing and peaceful. Exactly what we needed! Dinner and breakfast were delicious.
