Actually enjoyed my one night stay, room clean, a little small for me, bed was comfortable could make myself coffee in morning. Share showers were clean and good water pressure in shower.

No heater and a lot of vehicle traffic if you are a lite sleeper

Slept a night after a wedding and was nice to get to clean sheets, warm room and the toilets were clean. Thankyou.

A little noise from pipes? Water? Not sure. However good for a night. Please thank the room service as l have done this job 10 years ago and it's a fast pace, rushed job. Good on you cleaners! Underrated tough job.

Paid for a motel room. No smoke detectors in my room or adjoining rooms. TV doesn't work as no antenna fitted. No AC. No powerpoints at bed. When I asked the staff, she just put her arms in the air and shrugged. Said she would tell the boss. Also it is a very noisy intersection.

Long weekend and couldn't book anywhere else for our blue mountains explore. Unhappy chap on front desk doesn't like online bookings, almost turned us away. Carpets need a clean, all sorts of stains etc... on it and some of the bedding. Was forewarned before arrival about band playing till 1pm. Band was good but the drunks and the noise other people made / paper thin walls = zero sleep.Worst stay I've ever had. On the plus side it wasn't expensive.

Have stayed several times,cheap price and still a great place to stay. Loved having room 19 over 23 as it wasn't as easy to hear the noise from the pub. Will be staying again in the near future.

Lovely publican that had heaps of personality serving beers. Listening to the cleaners swearing their heads off while having a nice morning beer is not great though. 3/5 stars, would have a beer here again, not much more.

Rooms have no heating and no water on my last morning. No one available to help with the issue. The man who checked me in was lovely, but lovely doesn’t make up for a cold room and no water.

It's a pub room so don't expect much , men's shower is very ordinary, no heater in room , no coat hangers , no extra blankets, chicken parmigiana was excellent, they do have more expensive rooms that appear very nice .
