A beautiful spot for spending your time. It is a bit secluded but once you are here the vibe is so great. The sunset views across the dam are phenomenal. Picnic tables and barbeques are set up and you can easily spend the whole day here. Make sure you exit before the stated times as gates close overnight.

Quaint little park and picnic area beside the dam. There is a toilet block. There is a hill to climb to get up to the dam, but a walk up the roadway is a gentler ascent. The dam itself is plain but picturesque.

Nice area, picnic tables and toilets but the dam itself is nothing special. The spillway was flowing which made it more interesting. The signs for the dam need re doing, just paper signs behind glass. I have visited nicer dams but they are not built as a tourist attraction after all!

Amazing place... loved every bit of it... you can have a picnic here if you want... there are sitting arrangements and also restrooms... you can park your car and walk around and you will have a great time!! Highly recommended!!!
