I am not sure how this company "specialises in handling long or bulky, so-called ‘ugly freight’, that most other courier companies refuse to accept" because the delivery man did not bring any trolley or equipment even though he himself, was not physically capable to move my package out of their own truck (parked two houses down) to my front door. My package would have been left out on the street if it wasn't for my neighbour who happened to pass by at the time and help me.

Good bunch of blokes to work with/for, speaking from experience. Most drivers do a good job and the system they use is pretty much failsafe ... Meaning there is very little chance of freight/deliveries getting messed up or lost.

Super impressed with this company. Booked a shipping from Barrack Point NSW to Sydney CBD arrived the next day...morning! Australia Post don't service around Barrack Point and Toll was impossible to get a hold of. Great pricing and customer service is on point. Will definitely be using again for our staff who resides in this area.
