A couple of years ago went there to have my car serviced and registered as it was close to home I was charged $600 for a service and quoted $2000 on repairs needed to get a pink slip. My BMW is meant to have a full synthetic oil used in the engine, they had used a cheap mineral type oil and charged me for a synthetic and did not change the filter, they look and smell different to a trained eye and a synthetic costs around $150.00. Anyway took it back to my normal guy and it was done for $500.00 to get through rego and I changed the oil myself. Don't use them they are the worst on the Northern Beaches they will rip you off.

Things have to be pretty bad for me to negatively review a petrol station. But the staff here (usually the one guy) barely makes eye contact, let alone greets you or does anything useful. What are you paid for?

Closing time reported as 8pm. I arrived at 7.50pm needing fuel and was turned away. Ole mate complained he doesn't get paid past 8pm so effectively shuts up shop ahead of time.

I have been here quite a few times and I have to say out of all the Caltex/ ampols I have been to the service here is consistently appalling and rude / very unfriendly boarder-line hostile and the toilets are a disgrace. We use ampol for our business fleet and I have to say if the service at other locations were like this we would have changed providers a long time ago.
