As soon as me and my family arrived I noticed cockroaches coming from the fridge and on counter top . When my kids wanted to swim in the spa it was FREEZING !! I had to pay an extra $30 for them to turn the temperature up ! The next day I boiled the kettle to make noodles and when pouring water into them there was a cockroach that had come out with the water . They could hardly speak any English and when leaving they tried to keep room key deposit and when I tried explaining she went back into room checking the sheets and the room to see if we left any mess , like it's a room key deposit not dirty room deposit. Will NEVER BE STAYUNG HERE AGAIN !! ID RATHER PAY MORE FOR LESS

There were solar panels installed right behind the cabin and building works for more cabins going on just passed them, however, this was not difficult to accept and the bush scene beyond these was lovely. The walks nearby are excellent and shops and facilities were close at hand. The pool looked amazing but was too cold for me on my trip. The staff were very accommodating and the cabin itself was very comfortable.

Good clean rooms a little smaller than some places. Air-conditioning available room 4 needs a regas not cold or powerful. Bathroom is a little outdated but is acceptable for a clean up.shower only

Little COCKROACHES in the room!
On the bedroom curtain, behind the bedhead on the wall, one even fell on my arm! We killed the first one and didn't think much of it and then there were more, yuck... need PEST CONTROL ASAP🤦🏽‍♀️Upon entering the room, the carpet was not vacuumed enough or at all, no toiletries in bathroom or face towels, curtains dirty and room dusty. Bath towels are thin. Will not be staying here again as cleanliness has to be number one! Followed by room presentation.

Room 16 very nice place tucked away around the back and I’m sure there be other rooms just as good very nice staff and in good location. If your looking to stay a night or even 5 I found it to be a very nice spot at a good price

I called to ask if they had a room the same night. They said they had one available and to meet them in 10 mins. I waited with my toddler in the cold and dark for them at reception. Someone came out and helped another guest to find their lost key for almost 20 minutes, completely ignoring me. The guest even asked if they didn’t want to tend to me multiple times. The lady just looked up at me and continued doing what she was doing. They clearly do not need the custom. I am appalled this happened.

Hands down the absolute worst Motel my husband and I have ever stayed at! Listen to the reviews because this place was a down right cess pit! Hair all over the unvaccuumed bedroom and all over the bathroom, light outside the bedroom window (room 7) that stays on all night keeping you awake along with the adjoining room that lets you hear EVERYTHING! Dust everywhere, awful smell and expired amenities. We paid $733.50 for 2 single nights which is WAY above the usual rate. When I asked for a 50% refund I was simply told I should have notified them of all the problems. Well no, clean the room like you are required to do between stays! I honestly thought the reviews were people just being picky and rude but I was wrong. What a joke of a business. Community kitchen was feral, pool was green and the pillows stank.
