We contacted Helloworld for a family of 6 travellers heading from Sydney to Delhi (5 returning) . They somehow stuffed up the booking with 4 separate bookings made. They also couldn't get 5 economy seats on the return legs so they booked (at their cost) a premium economy seat. This was very nice of them but we had wanted 5 seats together and they then couldn't help us with trying to seat together.
When the airline cancelled the flight to Delhi , our separate bookings resulted i us travelling in separate airlines! Helloworld couldn't help.
Overall our dealings with them were polite but ineffectual. We have never used a travel agency before (despite many years and extensive travel)- and never will again.
Strongly recommend avoiding this travel agency! There are much better ones in Canberra

I have visited Belconnen office and Wendy was a travel agent who has helped me. She is such an angel, polite and friendly and at the same time very knowledgeable. She was able to find the best connections for me and my son and organised all very efficiently. The best travel agent ever, I hope my travel experience would be as good as dealing with Wendy.

We booked our flight to the States this year through Helloworld for the first time. Kim was recommended to us by friends but we have found all the staff in the Belconnen office to be very pleasant and helpful. We were very happy with the bookings Kim organised for us and have booked our February trip. Kim advised us on our return that an airline in the States had cancelled a flight so she offered a couple of suggestions with a preferred option. We appreciated Kim looking at alternate flight routes and times before contacting us as it made it very easy for us to make a decision. Highly recommend Helloworld!

Kim Hall was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and issues. We did run into a significant issue when leaving the US concerning the way our tickets were booked. I am not entirely sure what the issue was but the issue of it being a one way booking the computer chucked out our seat assignments. It was confusing but United got it sorted out after a bit of time on the phone. Good thing we arrived super early for our flight.

The best travel agency in Canberra! All the staff there are super helpful and friendly. I have been organizing all my trips there for the past 4 years and they never disappoint me.
