The service we have received is fantastic. You call the booking number and staff were so friendly for visitors who had no idea where they were and where they wanted to go in a small country town! Drivers were polite and helpful. Can't fault the service AND Transport for NSW we need one on the Woy Woy peninsula!

Terrible terrible communication and commitment from staff. Management are a complete joke, while also the on demand bus is a waste of tax payers money. Can easily walk to your destination in this small country town by the time the bus gets to u. No remorse from the company, no correspondence, no efficient phone service, no improvements whatsoever or professional operating office hours or anything like that unfortunately. Been this way for YEARS too btw. On demand only adds to the tragedy really… The list goes on, lucky we’re desperate otherwise we wouldn’t use u guys anymore how sad sad sad this town has become. Let alone the shameful taxi service if u could even call it a taxi service at that.

This town needs to be shut down seriously, it’s stuck in the past and here we are in 2023. Congratulations!!!!!

What an absolute disgrace! Greg Reynolds had a stand out company unfortunately that is no longer the case. Sadly after recent dealings that stemmed from an incident with my son on a school bus I placed a formal complaint to the company against the current manager of Moree for a breach of confidentiality, inappropriate comments and lack of concern for the code of conduct. I emailed my complaint through to Paul, the manager of Cavanagh's in Kempsey just as he had requested- it took 3 weeks and a number of messages left just to get an email back stating that Paul would call me when he had finished completing end of quarter reporting. 8 weeks on from my complaint being sent, emails and calls to Warragul Bus lines and the Dineen Group who are the group managers for this bus company and still not one person has called to address my complaint. I will also add that while operating a bus Isaac the Manager of Moree even made comments about me and my ability to care for my son in front of other passengers! not good enough this situation is damaging in a small community. One slight positive in this situation was Tanya the 2IC actually showed compassion and concern sadly she will be tarnished due to her superior. we are lucky to have some amazing drivers in this company maybe management could learn a thing or two from them.
