Our soft play and jumping castle setup looked incredible here for our clients bubs first birthday party - the space was bright, clean, and so well-maintained.

Staffing on the day, as well as prior - Queeva - was super helpful and assisted us with the bump in and bump out info - big thank you!

We were lucky with parking just outside so it made set up and pack down smooth.

My wife and I had our wedding reception here and we had several issues with the coordination staff. Our coordinator went on leave without telling us a month before the wedding and only returning after our wedding. We only found out via automated email and there was no proper handover. Our vendors couldn't contact our new coordinator so they were only able to communicate with the reception staff. This caused additional confusion for our vendors, one example was they were told the ice cream cart can't fit through the door (this was approved by our original coordinator 6 months prior). Even on the day, the table allocations sheet was not the most updated one so the staff on the day were confused. Overall, there was no proper handover, updates weren't communicated and it made the weeks leading up to the wedding very stressful.

On a positive note, the staff on the day were great and looked after us well. We did have a good day and the food was good too.
