Karen is extremely unprofessional and does not send emails to the correct people and does not take the time to even get your name correct when dealing with you. Do not use them as you will be spoken to in a derogatory manner and left very disappointed. Even though the real estate will justify their response it is more about how inappropriately and unprofessionally I was treated!!!
