Pierre and his team served a fantastic 8 course degustation birthday lunch for 10 adults and 4 children. It was such a pleasure to have great food in a relaxed environment in your own home. Every course was outstanding, timed to perfection and the whole afternoon ran very smoothly.
From the time we first spoke until Pierre walked out my door he couldn’t have been more helpful.

Pierre has this innate ability to turn your own home into a high-end restaurant. His menus are so beautifully curated and the food is always delicious. Pierre cooked all the food for a private dinner party I hosted and was so helpful from start to finish - including suggesting improvements to my menu and the perfect wine pairings, helping me with my budget, the table layout and guest dietary requirements, and then delivering a delicious dinner. Pierre has also cooked for our house before and taught us how to make a lemon tart and coquilles st jacques. Fantastic cook and lovely man, highly recommend Noranise.
