Over night stay- rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Beds are really comfortable. We ordered dinner in and was great but breakfast was quite expensive for what was on offer. Its location is quite central and convenient, staff is lovely. I thought it would be noisier consider its location but surprisingly not.

I stayed here two months ago and I just wanted to thank the staff for being so accommodating and helpful. We had a room booked for us to be with my dad in the hospital and had booked a room with two beds ready for when we thought my dad would come out of the hospital nearby. But unfortunately that was not the case and we ended up losing him. The staff checking us in were so beautiful, kind and so professional we were always greeted with a smile. The rooms were really nice. The beds were super comfortable and for such awful circumstances I just wanted to the staff for being awesome, including the cleaning staff.

We stayed in room 104 with two queen beds, and they were incredibly comfortable. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and honestly exceeded our expectations especially for the price we paid during the Sydney Marathon.||We were lucky enough to get an early check-in, and the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast was another highlight—plenty of fresh, tasty options to choose from.||I’d definitely recommend Rydges Camperdown if you’re staying in Sydney. While it’s not right in the CBD, it’s super easy to get around with plenty of buses heading in for half the price. Plus, a little bonus Nando’s is right across the road!

The receptionist was lovely. The carpark was very badly designed. The bed was very comfy, even though I booked King rooms, our bed was only a queen. The bathroom was not cleaned well at all. There was a previous persons soap in the shower, hair stuck to the conditioner pump, one shower curtain was missing and the one remaining was dirty. The shower wall had soap scum all over it. The AC was noisy and didn't feel like it worked well at all. We couldn't adjust the fan or the temp higher than 26 degrees. The cups were not very clean. I was happy to see Equal as a sugar option. But the milk was not nice. And no complementary biscuits? Check out 11am is appreciated 🙂

We had to come to Sydney from Hobart for our Grand-daughters graduation ceremony, and Rydges Camperdown seemed like a good choice, being quite near. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are a nice size and very quiet, probably a function of the unusual room plan. The bed was very comfortable and the TV very good, with a full range of Smarts available. The restaurant also was good, but seemingly understaffed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and very comprehensive and of great quality. It is very convenient, having the 412 and 422 bus just outside in Missenden Road. We would happily stay here again!

Lovely staff. My room was very noisy but it had a great view of the city. Seriously, the staff were amazing. Close to so much as well while not being right in the CBD.

We were pretty disappointed with our stay here. The room was nice, but there was no body wash left and after asking the housekeeper for more we never received any. Our main issue was with the restaurant, it was very expensive for average food, run down, rushed and rude dinner service, and annoying music that did not fit the vibe (probably the cheapest music they could find). Breakfast was $33 each for a bunch of cooked from frozen food, watery eggs, and stale pastries that tasted like a freezer. The restaurant was also closed despite the hours on the online menu provided. Pool area was very run down, and air conditioning did not work well. Most of the service was friendly and accommodating, but overall we expect better from a Rydges hotel.
