Spent 4 nights on a powered site last wknd. Big shout out to Ritchie who helped us park the caravan for the stay (newbies) and Nathan when we had a little incident on the day of pack up. The staff were helpful and friendly. Park is small, but neat and tidy. Pool was refreshing. Camp kitchen fabulous. Amenities clean. Location peaceful and less than 5 minutes to the river edge. Would stay again.

We had a perfect holiday at the Clarence Head Caravan Park, The cabin was small but had all the essentials and was a great location very close to the woodland walk/drive to Iluka's fabulous beaches. Kadie and Nathan are wonderfully warm-hearted hosts and we felt so at home there. I've stayed in the Iluka Motel too and was very glad to be able to book with them again.

For us, a unit here is just wonderful, clean, spacious and comfortable. The internet connection is fabulous, for work zoom meetings. The team are incredible, delightfully friendly and we shall continue to return whenever we can. Already looking forward to November. S&R.

One of the best Caravan parks I've stayed at.

I travelled all the way up the east coast of Australia and this was among the top 5 places I stayed, so much so that I made sure to stop by for on the way back down. I stayed at one of their unpowered spots with a swag. The spot itself is was nice and flat but a little sandy which meant I had to be extra careful when getting in my swag to brush off my feet. Other than the fine dusty dirt/sand, I have no complaints about the unpowered campsite. Next time I would just make sure to invest in a groundsheet or something. It's also worth me timing that is was one of the more well prices places also.

The park has a fantastic kitchen with a gas stovetop, oven, two hotplates and two BBQ's, sinks, kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils including pots, pans etc. There is only one fridge/freezer which I found to be very full on both visits, however I still managed to fit all my cold stuff in.

There is also a TV room with comfy couches and free wifi, a small but very cosy pool with shade and spa jets. It was heated to about 27 degrees when I visited.

The shower and toilet amenities are perfectly serviceable. They may not be the most modern but they are perfectly clean. Also probably one of the best showers I've had as there was no silly little water saving shower heads and plenty of water pressure.

The staff is very friendly and so are the park residents.

The local seafood is also one of the highlights. Just a 2 minute walk down the road is a fresh fish co-op that had very well prices fresh seafood and fish and chips. Definitely worth checking out while staying.

I cannot really comment on the powered caravan sites as I stayed on an unpowered site with a car and swag but they seem to be good with concrete and also fake turfed surfaces.

Very clean and fresh, great with our little dog, will go again if in the area. Such a quaint little town with a lovely boat area with trawler’s that looks like they are actively working. Nice river to watch and walk along. Good few shops and bakeries

A perfect spot for a caravan or a tent. Clean, well taken care of facilities, quiet. We loved every minute of it. Been here before and will definitely come back.

Stayed in family room 2. Great location in Iluka, within close walking (8mins) to cafes, rest, great coffee. Right accross from beautiful river with amazing sunset views. Loved the little cove -Moriartys wall beach few minutes drive away. Room clean, spacious- great for small family or solo traveller. Comfy Queen bed (2 singles adjoined) Not much privacy however, as its adjoined to laundromat 1 side & Communal TV room other side. Awoken to TV blasting early one morning (thin walls) after a long night travelling. If you dont mind people traffic outside your front door you'll be fine. Grateful however, as it was only room left last minute booking. One suggestion- as a traveller, it would be a nice touch (as is common practice) to have a 'what to see' folder in room - outlining choice cafes, beaches, tourist spots, places to eat etc - to save relying on 'open office hours' to find out. Would be helpful especially when arriving outside office hours, to know where to eat/location etc. Fine stay for a couple days.
