We had an incredible time on our cruise! The team helped us set up a surprise proposal in front of the Opera House at sunset. They also provided a beautiful charcuterie board and champagne for the occasion. Captain Mark was a fantastic guide and really fun to be on the boat with. They all went out of their way to make the day perfect and picked us up and dropped us off in the locations that best suited our needs. The harbour is gorgeous any time if the year and we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a magical day in Sydney!

I've never left a bad review before, but I feel its my obligation to share my experience so others can make informed decisions.

I want to preface this by saying we did have a really fun day out on the water, but no thanks to floatspace. They have recently been acquired by a larger business and unfortunately apparently do not care about existing customers. Over the course of the last 2 months prior to sailing I sent emails confirming my payment had been received as I was getting daily payment reminders (I recieved hundreds of emails and texts). I was worried my very large sum payment had been intercepted by scammers. I emailed customer service, accounts, any email I could find with no response. I did eventually get onto someone on a phone number who was very receptive to my questions and said he would get back to me confirming my payment had come through and that he would send a run sheet. This was a month before we were due to sail. To this day he never sent what was promised and noone has replied to my emails, or sent any confirmation at all of my booking.

Luckily our boat was waiting for us on the day and it was a success. I am however really diappointed in the lack of regard and care of existing customers from this new ownership.

Booked with Floatspace for a birthday party on Sydney Harbour. Booking process was simple, straightforward, with lots of info about different boat options. We had some changes of plans and personnel after booking so had to contact Floatspace and make some changes, and they were easy to get hold of and were accommodating. Customer Service was friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. We ended up having a brilliant harbour cruise. So much fun! Every wanted to go back out as soon as we got back to the wharf.

Would definitely recommend Floatspace. Nice people, good company, cool boats.

We had the loveliest afternoon on The Spellbound. Brian and Chloe were beyond helpful and friendly and made sure we had a wonderful experience.
Correspondence before the cruise was easy, so was arranging a convenient pick up point for everyone.
The boat was perfect for our group of 17, comfortable with plenty of room for everyone.
Catering was organized through Floatspace and was excellent.
