The worse migration agency ever!
They recommended that my wife should apply for a family-sponsored visa instead of an offshore spouse visa, and today, after more than 100 days, the visa got rejected.
According to the case officer, we must have applied for the offshore spouse visa. So applying for the visitor visa was an obvious amateur mistake made by the migration agent.
During this process, their migration agent who was in charge of our visa stopped working with them and they needed to assign our case to another migration agent.
After lodging the visa, I regularly needed to call/text the person in charge of our case, 2-3 days in a row to get an update, which was mostly "no updates yet!".
Today after getting the rejection email, I went to the office to talk to the manager, she didn't even bother herself to apologize to me to ease my pain, "It is not our job to guarantee the outcome", she said.
