Hi, I am Shammi. A typical MBA student from Sydney. I don't know from where and how I should start thanking Mr Nishant Malik and the OZREACH team. Let's try to make the long story short as much as possible.

The biggest fear for an overseas student is getting their visa application refused by the immigration. Well, I am a victim of the same situation in 2019, as a result of a so-called student agency's experiment with my visa application. After getting my visa refusal I went to a well reputed lawyer, who kept underestimating me and was trying to put me in some illogical circumstances which he imagined over the cloud. I at least visited 10-15 lawyers and agencies several times (including OZREACH) but couldn't decide whom I should listen to. Funny thing is, I even had little arguments with Nishant as he wanted me to stay in Sydney when I was following others in my situation, those were moving to regional areas. However, I remember the last line he said to me, "Shammi, don't come back to me at the last moment". I thought I may not have to do that ever, as I was overconfident about my decision. However, I was terrified when I came to know that 573 days of AAT hearing time had passed, and my Representative didn't even communicate with me about supporting material regarding my case with AAT. At that horrific time, the first and last name that came up in my mind was Nishant Malik. We rushed to him to take our case, and he was being so kind that even after so much stupidity we did, he agreed to fight for us. I remember he said "Shammi, your case is interesting and let us get along with submissions". So, I had a tough AAT hearing, and it is unimaginable how Nishant Malik supported me at the interview time without saying a single word during the interview. As a great outcome, we won the case.

Now, let's talk about the main character of the whole story, who turned an almost lost AAT case to a winning one. "Nishant Malik is very professional and humble towards his duties. Moreover, I found him very upfront and logical in his counselling sessions. We had very long and exhaustive sessions with him in which we started feeling very tired and sometimes lost patience. However, he used to say that Department of Immigration is not there to refuse the visas but to give visas to legitimate people however you have to prove your legitimacy.
