Nice location. Rooms quite dated. Bathrooms mostly ok. One shower want working. Kitchen is good with lots of plate and utensils. Needs a really good clean outside. Piles of bird droppings near the door. Fat dropping from bbq onto concrete. Very boggy but they have had a bit of rain. Pool was in need of a good clean water a bit murky. They really should spend a bit of money on this place to get it up to standard

My family booked this stay months ago. We were messaged by the owner 36hrs before our check in time that the pool pump was just broken and unable to be fixed in time.

This was disappointing since we booked this location for the pool (young children)

He said he wanted to cancel our booking after we asked for a discount. Instead of just saying no, he threatened with a last minute cancellation

Which made us panic since we were unable to get another booking within that price range for our group size

This made us agree to continue the booking, eventually he gave a discount and early check in

Upon arrival, the pool was bright GREEN. clearly it's been broken for months and the owner either never checked it, or used the same tactic to bully other customers into agreeing with the conditions

We felt very lied too. If they were honest early we could have found another property

It is a very old property but expected for the price range. However the neglect is clear

-air cons leaked inside and outside
-some windows and doors didn't have fly screens so unable to open the windows at night
-some doors leading outside had so lock so anyone can get in/out

But the bonfire and location was beautiful. 8 bathrooms was great too

It just needs some TLC and maintenance for customers come. Especially the pool

However the owner communication leaves much to he desired

We stayed the night after a huge storm shutdown power to the whole area. Peter and the team did a great job of making our stay awesome even without mains power. They set up generators, provided torches and the water was still hot. The kids loved the chickens, horses and pool. Very quiet and loads of room. Recommend highly. Dave.

This place in such an idyllic setting was perfect for our family reunion. Lovely fresh sheets & pillows. Privacy for anyone who chose to have quiet time or a nap. Fireplace was huge but there was no firewood provided nor for the firepit outside. We purchased our own from town.

Great position and clearly was once a marvellous venue. It is now but a shadow of its former state and is suffering from serious neglect. Maintenance is either minimal or zero, paddocks overgrown, lawn area need mowing, kayaks, tennis court, etc all unusable. Simple things like the shower head in our room would not stay upright, and taps needed new washers. Needs major capital investment to bring it up to acceptable standards. A real pity.

It’s a great farm stay for large family gatherings. Very conveniently located from SYD ( 3 hr drive) . The farm has a great pool. They also have horses.Its worth spending atleast 2 nights at this location.

We were a big group. Only good thing was that the rooms were big.. there were 2fridges but none of them work! All our food got wasted! It’s far from restaurants and if the fridge doesn’t work it’s really frustrating!!
Not enough cutleries or pan to cook.. As they are accomodating large groups, they should consider this when providing appliances. Even a 2bedroom service apartment usually have more cooking elements! Pest control needed, bugs everywhere!

Excellent place for overnight stay. Affordable price which includes not only pool but breakfast too. It has everything what you need. Each room has it's own private bathroom. Foxtel, Snooker, Card games, BBQ are some of the highlights. Horses, Chickens, Ducks and lots of birds to keep kids entertain.
