Great spot for creative and tasty burgers, with plenty of unique options to choose from. Everything is made with care and presented really well.

🍔 The burgers are the highlight, with a wide range of unusual combinations that all work beautifully. Even with bold flavours, the balance and execution are excellent.

🍟 The sides are just as interesting as the burgers. The poutine in particular deserves a special mention — rich, hearty, and a great complement to the mains.

💰 Prices are on the higher side if you order through delivery apps, but significantly better value if you order in person or pick up yourself.

🚗 Our delivery order arrived cold, which dulled the experience a little, though the food still tasted great. To really enjoy it at its best, I’d suggest collecting directly from the restaurant.

A place I’d happily return to, but next time I’ll be picking up in person rather than relying on delivery.

Good cheese burgers and good fries. It’s like they take McDonald’s fries and burgers and say, how can we make this with real food and better flavour?

Ordered a meal 8:50pm on Saturday night and they were still happy to take the order.

The fries come in a heat trapping bag which is really cool… so they were still hot when I picked up the order. Onion rings are decent too.

I like burgers that are simple without complexity. If you cant get the basics right, you’re wasting your time with bells and whistles extra ingredients in my books. The burger itself, the humble cheese burger, was full of flavour and tasted real. The patty was slightly crispy/smashed? and the ingredients combined well. The other items on the menu make it appear the owner/chef of this pair of stores has tried burger joints in the US and knows exactly how a good burger should taste.

Burgers and fries were fantastic. We had the Longhorn and the Poutine. They offer a double special which turns it into a double patty/cheese/bun etc. which we selected for the poutine and it was huge so if you are looking for a big feed go for it. The chips and waffle fries were perfectly cooked and decently seasoned with a nice aioli on the side. The Mac and cheese looks decent but is quite average and I wouldn't order it a second time. Would definitely recommend to try if you are in the area.

The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. They have an impressive variety of burgers to choose from, and the gentleman at the front counter went above and beyond to guide me through their selection, offering helpful recommendations along the way. The food itself was outstanding—I particularly enjoyed their chicken and beef burgers, which were cooked to perfection. And let’s not forget about the chips; they were the perfect accompaniment to the main course. I highly recommend giving this place a try; you won’t be disappointed!

We'd arrived near closing time on Sunday, looking for a quick takeaway meal but still wanting a good quality burger. And hell yeah we got it!!

Not only was the process efficient from order taking to handing the meal to us, but the staff were friendly and gave service with a smile. We were so impressed.

The burger and sweet potato chips were both flavourful and hot. Packed with care and all of it was devoured within minutes 🤤
Safe to say it met the criteria in every way.

Will be back soon !

We’ve been to both Hurstville and Kareela a number of times as we live in the middle.

Slightly over indoor seating at Kareela, but who cares. I came for the food, not tablecloths.

We got the Burger Mac which was juicy, cheesy and saucey. Solid 9/10. The clear winner was the Peanut Butter Chicken.

I love my fried chicken and peanut butter. I’ve had many PB and PBJ burgers. This was the best I have had. Ever. Easy 10/10, pushing the supernash PBJ to second position.

This right amount of each ingredient and could easily taste the peanut butter with a drizzle of maple syrup. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy.

Could not fault the burger at all. Burger co is always a solid 9-10/10 each time we come, regardless of what we order. Kamikaze, chicken waffle, biscoff donut etc etc.

I can’t get enough of this place.

Can’t wait to come back for the Buffalo Mack and Sweet and Spicy Mac.

Edit: Went back for the Buffalo Mack. Burger Co. is not my favorite burger place in Sydney. My goodness, epic and 10/10.

Burger Co in Kareela has set a new standard for burgers in the Shire! We tried the Candyman, Poutine, and Cheeseburger Chips, and every bite was perfection. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the portions were generous, and the burger was definitely on the level of a Bar Luca. We were honestly surprised there wasn’t a line out the door – this place deserves a crowd. If you’re a burger lover and haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on the best burger experience in the area.

Fantastic Burger! How do you usually spot a good burger place? When the staff is asking you how you want your meat! Well done or medium - excellent! So I've had it medium and that meat was just superb! Loved every bite. Def gonna come for another one as its actually one of the very few good burger places in the shire.
