Great location and value for money. Very clean, tidy and well appointed. Lots of clean pillows, nice linen and clean fluffy towels. Toiletries provided too. Perfect Pet friendly accommodation, the check in and check out process was easy, straightforward and well communicated. The park itself was quiet, immaculately presented and well appointed with camp kitchen, playground and I understand a laundry, although I didn't need it. Only a couple of minutes drive into Queanbeyan's town centre. Lovely outlook. We'll be back with next time we travel with our pet for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely park. Our villa was well equipped and we really liked how quiet the park was at night, something that we have found is not easy to find. Park was very neat and tidy and the welcome at reception was lovely. Quick drive up to shops etc in town, or a little bit longer to Canberra, was great for us. We look forward to our next stay ☺️

Stayed here with our caravan on ensuite site.
Pretty happy with everything. The ensuite was a little out dated but good enough. I do hate shower curtains but, floods the place.
Disappointed the camp kitchen didn't have a microwave as our van doesn't have one and I'm sure others would be similar.

Playground was good.

The only thing that let it all down was the check in time of 2pm for caravan site. We arrived 30mins early and got a rude comment from reception.

All other caravan parks we stayed in (5 of them in this trip) were 12pm check in.

The en-suite site was perfect for us. 3 nights and everything worked fine, en-suite was clean, shower was hot and strong pressure - great after a cold day sightseeing.
Nice location - not far from the city.

Crestview Tourist Park was mostly a great stay for me. I stayed for just over a week at the start of May. It is a great location, not too far out of the city of Canberra and has a boom gate entrance with a fob on your key.

I had several issues staying here however, my studio room was quite dirty, with holes in the walls. The hot plates didn't come with instructions and I went my first night unable to cook anything, and I had to get someone to come look and help with figuring it out, who also wasn't certain on what to do, and was also just guessing until they cracked the code. I then heard them gossiping outside to another worker about me not knowing how to work it. (The secret was having the timer on while having the hot plates on - not particularly an obvious answer, nor is it in the manual which I had to google because there wasn't one in the room), the hotplates were terrible at cooking and it took me about an hour to cook a couple chicken Skewers.

They keys were also just in the fully accessible letterbox for key returns as the out of hours locker wasn't working, I and other guests had issues with that as we weren't informed. My room was opposite reception and I could constantly see and hear people coming in. Luckily reception was still open when i arrived and the woman who helped me was lovely. Can't say the same for other guests who had to wait over an hour for someone to arrive.

Parking was quite tight outside the rooms, one evening I and another guest had to play car jam to get his out, so he could park in the guest car park overnight instead of outside of his room otherwise he wouldn't have been able to get out between mine and an opposite guests cars.

I was there for 8 days, every 7 days they come and clean. My final full day I came back to things in my room moved around, including my camera bag on the middle of the floor and open, and a perfume bottle which was inside a bag on the couch, missing. I tore apart the couch and went through every bag and couldn't find it, I ended up in tears at reception who (the same lovely woman) said they'd get the cleaners to thoroughly check the room after I'd checked out for it, even though I'd already looked, and would post it to me if they'd find it. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything from them. I kept that perfume in the same pocket in the same bag on the couch every day and used it every morning. The only day the cleaners came in it went missing.

On another occasion earlier in the week, a guy doing maintenance came into my room as I was leaving, and left his notes in my room. It would be nice to have some known privacy like a 'do not disturb' or 'do not clean' type door accessory like in a hotel.

My room was right by the entrance of the park, right next to the boom gate. The head of the bead is on the wall that the boom gate is on. So I could hear any time someone beeped their fob in their car and their revving engines.

It also seemed like there was no kind of quiet hours as I was located near a few tradies who would go out for dinner and come home late and chat loudly right outside.

Overall, it's a great location and cheaper than staying IN Canberra but I wouldn't bother again, considering the difficulty in making food, difficulty falling asleep through noisy guests, and the lack of privacy and safety of my belongings.
