Shout-out to Nick & April – Delivery Legends Deserving a Promotion! 🚚⭐

I recently had a fridge delivered, and I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from two outstanding delivery professionals — Nick and April.

From the moment they arrived, they demonstrated professionalism, care, and genuine pride in their work. They meticulously measured every entry point, strategised calmly, and found a safe and efficient way to deliver the fridge into my home — something the previous team didn’t even attempt. While others were quick to point out problems and walk away, Nick and April leaned in, solved the challenge, and delivered – literally.

They were not only resourceful and solution-focused but also warm and pleasant to work with. Their attitude was refreshing and left a lasting impression. If anyone deserves recognition, it’s these two.

Nick and April don’t just deliver appliances — they deliver peace of mind.
Give them a raise, a promotion, or at the very least, make sure the whole company knows what stars you have on your team.

Had a large amount of furniture (4 dining chairs, 3 big tables, 1 sofa, 1 armchair) delivered to our apartment by TOT and the experience couldn’t have been better. Hani and Josef were our delivery drivers and they were very courteous, calling ahead beforehand to let us know they were nearby and being very patient while we waiting for a parking spot to open up.

Josef helped me take everything up to our apartment on one of the higher floors of our building and was so friendly. It was great to be able to have such a lovely chat with somebody while hauling such bulky and heavy items the whole way, it made the whole experience so much more pleasant! Hani helped with hauling everything off the truck and assisted with getting the biggest table in at the end. Before they left they even gave us some advice for an upcoming fridge delivery we were anxious about due to the size of our apartment hallway. Thanks so much to both Josef and Hani for such a wonderful and stress free delivery experience!

Paid extra to have the furniture we bought moved into the apartment. When they showed up I was told they can only move it up 1 floor. Even went and said after that if it was the first delivery they would do it to my floor but didn’t have enough energy to do it.

Called and complained. Was told they will come back and do what was paid for but haven’t heard a thing.

Don’t use this company.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Moses and Vasi for my delivery on the 5th July 2024. Fantastic communication and very respectful delivery men. I would highly recommend these guys and the company for their amazing attitude and proactive service. They were absolutely troopers carrying my heavy furniture, I can trust them with anything - Thanks again!!!!!

This company is undoubtedly the worst I have ever encountered. They delivered a washing machine to my home that I’d purchased from Appliances Warehouse (see reviews for that dodgy retailer.) I had requested the ‘premium delivery’ which consisted of delivery and installation of the new machine, and taking away the old one.

Well. Where to start? They refused to uninstall the old machine as they said it could only be done by a qualified plumber. Yes. Didn’t you know that washing machines can only be handled by qualified professionals? What a joke.

They spent over half an hour talking to ‘the boss’ about whether to take the old machine away. It was very stressful. In the end they took the new machine away and left the old one as they said it was too hard.

Appliances Warehouse refused to refund me for the washing machine I had paid for but did not have, as the TOT Transport delivery drivers had taken the new machine with them.

Fast forward after a whole day on the phone, I finally got Appliances Warehouse to send the new one again. My husband (easily half the size of these two delivery guys) uninstalled the old machine in less than two minutes.

TOT Transport brought the new machine and they seemed really lovely. That is until they told me they had no room in their truck for the old machine and that they’d be back ‘on Friday’ to collect the old washing machine.

Guess what? It’s still sitting here over a week later. They never showed up. No call, no text. Nothing.

Long story short. Don’t buy from Appliances Warehouse and don’t ever use this delivery service. Both businesses are incompetent in business but seem to be very competent thieves.

Doing good business isn’t hard to do.

They initially provided a lower price over the phone, but after delivery, they quoted a significantly higher amount, nearly double. When we refused to pay the new amount, they started arguing and raising their voices. We eventually had to pay the higher price to avoid further conflict, as we didn’t want to disturb our neighbors, especially since we were new to the area.

By far the worst delivery experience I had ever had. The sender had probably forgotten to mention to delivery guys that the delivery item is on first level and involves some stairs. When I told them to take it up with the sender because I did mention this to sender, they were still having attitude towards me, threatening to leave the appliance on the street. After lashing out some tantrums, eventually started moving the item through stairs. Lashes out again when item can’t get through. I told them try the other way around on the side way. They told me to come down and try it myself. So I went down and turned it side way myself and pushed - yes it did fit through. They showed attitude (scoffing and lashing out) and tantrum all the way from beginning to end. These guys should not be in this industry with this kind of attitude. I would never recommend using these guys as your deliverer.
