Due to our flight schedule, I had sent an email in advance with a few special requests. I truly appreciated the prompt reply. When we arrived at the hotel, everything we had asked for was perfectly prepared, allowing my son and daughter to start our Sydney trip comfortably.

The room was very clean, and it was convenient to have both a dishwasher and detergent readily available.

From the moment we checked in, the staff member named RAM greeted us warmly and left a great first impression. Even after check-out, as we were leaving the hotel, RAM took the time to ask if everything had been satisfactory during our stay, which showed great attention to detail.

This hotel, with staff like RAM, truly stands out for its thoughtfulness and excellent customer service.

Very friendly and attentive staff with 24/7 available reception. ||The rooms themselves were nice - light, airy, lots of space with expansive city views from balcony. Each bedroom had a king size bed that was so comfortable and fluffy with ample wardrobe space and - bonus - a TV. A cute little kitchenette with all the cutlery, pottery and appliances one needs. ||Being in Sydney CBD, it was literally only a 5 minute walk to the nearest Woolworths, train station and various bus stops. A 7/11 was literally next door, and there was a pharmacy just down the street. ||We felt very safe and cared-for during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for holidays and even business trips.

Really central accommodation. Nice 3 bedroom suite on 42nd floor with views. Upgraded, clean and overall nice for our family of 6. Full kitchen, big fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker - all that's needed for a comfy stay. Need smart elevators ! One improvement needed - do provide instructions on the clothes dryer to clean to lint filter so that clothes can dry faster. Better still - have housekeeping clean it after every guest checks out !

The ammenities of the apartment were in great condition. As well as this, the rooms were quite generous. I had a great time here and would stay here again. This hotel was also in a great location. There were many shops and public transport options nearby.

Stayed in a three bedroom apartment with my family for 16 nights from the UK. It was well equipped, serviced twice a week and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. I would certainly stay there again.

Our family group of 6 adults stayed 2 nights in a 3 bedroom suite and our experience was most enjoyable. The suite was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of toiletries provided. We did not avail of kitchen facilities however the unit had a full size fridge and a pod coffee machine. The location is ideal in close proximity to hotels and other dining outlets. It is a comfortable 15/20 minutes walk to the Star Casino and very close to Shopping Mall. Also an easy tram ride to Circular Quay and an short and easy walk to Hyde Park and St Mary's Cathedral. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The Unit was clean and tidy and we paid an extra $50 for a late checkout at 1pm.

I had a poor experience on multiple levels with the hotel, but have adjusted my review given the attention provided by the team hearing about the issues. They provided a generous gift in my room for my troubles, left a softer pillow and are trying to address the maintenance issues. 5 stars for proactively remediating the issues. Congratulations on the customer service. Many thanks!
***I arrived and the tv remote didn’t work. Rang service 5 times before getting a response. My balcony has a view of a big black wall. The bath has two temperatures hot, or hot. The cold water tap doesn’t work, I’m not sure anyone has ever used it. I found a dirty towel left in the bathroom. Pillows are awful, hard, uncomfortable! Alarm clock went off at 4:30am.**

This is a really nice hotel. I visited for five nights as it was the holidays and really enjoyed it and wish I could live there. The pool was amazing as it was spacious and the penthouse room was extremely luxury definitely recommend and 5 stars for sure. This is a must visit.
