Paella Amor/Boardwalk catering was the perfect catering choice for our wedding. From the get go communication was awesome, streamlined and so easy with Tim. When they bumped in and out it was seamless and smooth. The food without having tasted it prior was something we were nervous about but trusting previous reviews we are so glad we chose Paella Amor/Boardwalk catering. The tapas, paella and desserts were delicious and all of our guests loved all the food. Extremely professional and kind staff - we cannot recommend more highly !

The team at Boardwalk Catering has been exceptional, professional and very great to work with. I had the pleasure of having them as my caterer for my wedding's Cocktail and Canapes to 75 guests.

Everything was perfect from the initial communication, food trial, planning and preparation, and all the way to the wedding itself. The guests couldn't stop talking at how great the food and drinks were during and after the event.

Tim? Very communicative, accomodating and responsive
The waiters? Very friendly, engaging with the guests and professional
The chefs? 10/10 food, I wish I had more, so did the guests

Overall, everything went according to plan and more, we are so happy to have Tim (and team) cater for us on our special day. Thank you so much! 🙂

I used boardwalk catering for my recent wedding and they were amazing. Not only was the food spectacular they were so lovely and attentive. They did canapés, a grazing board (which was very aesthetically pleasing), paella and drinks, all of which were great. They would remember peoples drink orders and find them to refill drinks. The waitstaff welcomed people as they entered the reception and put a special plate together for myself and my husband as they knew we would be hungry when we got back. Tim was a pleasure to work with and he even offered to do a taste testing which was a lovely.
