I have a post office box at this post office and I have been a customer here for two years. This will be my last year as a post office box customer.

With an Amazon return today, I was made to feel like it was a gigantic inconvenience to the woman who served me. Her loud size and derisive tone made me feel incredibly unwelcome. Very disappointed.

I went to this outlet today to get some printing done after locals told me they print there. I asked the assistant “Kylie” if they do printing she quickly replied no. While I was waiting for my payment for my post pack to go through I noticed behind her a big printer with a price list for printing and photocopying. I said “oh, there’s a price list behind you saying you do print here” she quickly replied “it depends, what do you want printed?” I said “just two forms.” Again she quickly replied no. Why have a sign up if you don’t provide the service? Sounded a bit like a fob off to me!

Completed passport application online, instruction was to take it to local post office to verify require documents and pay, lady said no and gave me paper form. I took it to Morisset branch got it done.
