Really friendly atmosphere. The staff members engage customers as people, talking to them feels less like paying the bills and more like ordering drinks with friends.

I'm not sure if it's the people or the town, but I know Melbourne markets treat every request like a chore, not an opportunity.

It was nice, well organised, not hard to find a park. Got myself a bargain, when grabbing some juice before work, on the shelf it said $2.98, got to the register and it was $2. Score!. The cashier was nice. (The juice was nice too).

It was pretty clean and well-stocked. Prices are country supermarket-level, so expect to pay more than you do at a supermarket in a urban area or regional city.

Customer service was as expected, good and polite.

Good for local residents. Parking is at the door.

Customer service is very poor, in particular one employee with short grey hair will never greet you and treat you like your an inconvenience even at the checkout. I always try and greet her with a "hi, how are you" and have only ever recieved a blank glance in return. I have overheard and witnessed her interactions with many other customers and they have all recieved the same level of rude customer service. It makes for a uncomfortable and awkward trip to the supermarket. 90% of the employees are kind, helpful and respectful. As with many small country supermarkets except to pay a third more on your departure. Apart from these concerns mentioned it is a convenient and well stocked supermarket.
