Prompt, professional communication from Sean, and a degree of post-sale follow up that I've not experienced with any other equipment supplier in Australia. These guys actually care about customer satisfaction, not just making a sale.

It took some doing, but they managed to get me the PizzaMaster oven I needed in plenty of time to get ready for the opening of our little family pizza shop.

A challenging install went off without a hitch, and they've been right there in the three years since to answer all of my questions and handle the odd service request.

The oven has been fantastic. I can't recommend Skanos and PizzaMaster strongly enough.

Came across Skanos whilst researching pizza warmers and from the very start I had fantastic interactions with Sean who took the time to understand what our business requirements were and offering options that would work best for us. We soon had our new pizza warmer and the customer service has been exceptional.
