I had a short but excellent stay at their new property in Hackney. Quality of design and amenities are better than most similar apartments. I loved working from the loft. And being near the Netil Market was awesome for cheap bites and coffee. Try the ramen…

We stayed at the Richmond Swan Street location and even before we stayed there, we had received really easy to understand directions and information relating to the apartment and all of the links to each appliance, if we needed. Additionally, car parking instructions, Wi-Fi codes and nearby places to eat and drink etc.
Spotlessly clean apartment with all the modern amenities bought smiles to our faces for sure.
We even had a walk-in robe and ensuite in our 2-bedroom apartment!
Great experience and highly recommend.

The apartment is located at a very convenient area. Cafes and restaurant are close and only 10-15 minutes walk to the sightseeing places such as Hyde Park, and QVB, Town Hall Building, China Town, Darling Harbour…. Also close to the train station! The facility inside the apartment is good, suitable for family or friends traveling together. We will definitely stay at the apartment next time when we visit Australia!!!

Nothing but good things to say about our stay at Urban Rest in Neutral Bay.
We travelled for the Taylor Swift concert and did not want to stay in the CBD due to the hustle & bustle and the inflated prices , so opted for Neutral Bay, which had all the conveniences, eateries and access to public transport that we could ask for.
The suburb is beautiful, green and historic, though beware, if you are not mobile or much of a walker, the the hills and steep streets of neutral bay will not be your friend!
You will also find a short walk to the Neutral Bay wharf very rewarding with some beautiful views on your short trip to Circular Quay.
Will definately stay again...in fact, we are looking forward to it!

As a property owner who let Urban Rest manage a new fully-furnished apartment, I was very disappointed when I took the property back. Gone were the carefully curated cushions and throw rugs replaced by a mis-mash of castaways. A trashed sofa, an inferior replacement rug and scratches on all the stair treads were some of the issues together with no bedding or basic cutlery sets. The apartment sits in stark contrast to my longer-term let apartment which has always been well looked after. I would NOT recommend letting your hard-earned investment property through Urban Rest.

I work in Brisbane, Bumped into urban rest apartments through Airbnb first. But now on I booked through them directly and I don’t go anywhere else. Stayed at their Kangaroo point apartment And also Southbank apartments. Department location is great But most importantly the cleanest of these apartments is second to none especially a lot of apartments I have stayed in Airbnb. All apartments come with all necessary items you need so you don’t need to go to the shops upon arrival . The check in and check out process is very easy. If you if I want to consider staying with them I highly recommend them. pics below are from Kangaroo point 103 Apt

I rented via airbnb, managed by Urban Rest a Penthouse (No. 14) in Bettington Street 58, The Rocks, Sydney for 3 weeks and for 2 persons in November 2023

Disadvantages:
the electrical system is very confusing and I managed not to understand it until the end of the trip, the television was starting by itself every night until I unplugged it, some ants in the kitchen.

Advantages:
great area and very nice and big terrasse, very quiet at night, nice and well maintained furniture, very good equipped kitchen, nice beds, top bathrooms, top view and atmosphere on the terrasse.

It was a wounderfull time and a very nice stay in a excellent surrounding
