Great food! Yes can verify that Asian lady with short hair is cooked, as mentioned by other customers in the review section too. We asked her why the food that came out looked different to the picture on the app but instead of providing a reason she simply said that’s how we cook the food. The other staff were super friendly and helpful besides her. The hotel has so much potential if parts way with her.

Spontaneously went for a beer after work waiting for a friend to visit me near my workplace and this place has a warm and welcoming vibe. Its clean, tidy and everything is orderly, the staff smile and the drinks and food are on point. So I was fortunate enough to realise why, how so? By asking the first team member behind the bar I met called Kathlene whom set my first impression from the very start, she presented herself humbly, warm, in control and aware. She was the manager tonight. I want to pass on a compliment of a job well done. She happily listened to my feedback and commented that its a team effort. Highly recommend visiting and enjoy a relaxing drink and feed here, time well spent. Keep it up, I do hope she gets recognized for her efforts. Cheers, Pietro.

Went here a couple of weeks ago for their advertised food deals. We bought drinks and then sat in the restaurant and noticed that nobody was cooking. After looking confused for a while someone came over and said they had new owners and there was no food available. Why the hell they didn't say anything to us knowing full well that when people with kids go to a pub they are there for food. They did the same for another family of 4 and waited for them to buy drinks before telling them there was no food. They left in disgust leaving their full drinks behind. That's 2 families that I know of that will never go here again.

Am so impressed with the Team at the Bath Arms. They were so welcoming, hospitable and went above and beyond. I went in on a Friday night to inquire about what I thought would be an impossible task, if they could accomodate my daughters 5th birthday party, of 20 people, the day after! Ian was so helpful, communicated with me back and forth very readily and everything was organised that evening. Beth in the resteraunt was willing to work with me on my request for hawiian pizza, even though it wasn't on the menu! The food was so yum and everyone was very impressed. Jason our server accomodated every request and in such a speedy manner. I cannot recommend highly enough. Additionally, the kids playground is the perfect size, bigger than the shopping centre climb throughs and less scary than the Bunnings leveled ones. PLUS it is indoors (for when it is raining and/or cold) and enclosed by a door so you don't have to hear the kids playing! Plus the dining area is beautifully decorated. I will definitely be making this my go to from now on!

The lady with the comb over who is Asian decent (the manager) is very rude! Every time my family and I go in and SPEND OUR MONEY on this place she gives us a hard time. It’s very sad because we really do like the bistro and the other staff are so welcoming and kind. But this woman's attitude needs to be corrected, she has made a lot of people that we have spoken to feel very uncomfortable. Most importantly if you guys actually read the reviews you would see how negative this woman is!!

Very impressed with staff kindness & attention to customer service. Shout out to the wonderful lady that does the trivia night. Special recognition to Dani who’s lovely personality & customer service kept us coming back to the bar & highly recommending the Bath Arms Hotel to our friends as for it’s amazing food, drink & experience!

Every time my partner and I go here, the female manager with short hair is very rude and makes us uncomfortable. I don't know why they still hire her with this kind of attitude. This is a pity because the other staff are lovely and we love this place. So think twice before go to this place.

The short hair female manager is so
rude and doesn't smile and i don't understand why she is working there that's why it's so quiet at bath arms the other workers are beautiful and good customer service . she need to go and do a course customer service and learn to smile more to
people and talk nice to them .
