I ordered the 10 Wicked Wings and they were absolutely delicious, crispy served hot and fresh. The portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. Service was quick, staff were friendly, and everything was packed neatly. Definitely one of the best KFC experiences I’ve had. will be coming back for more wings soon!

Couldnt use drive through anymore as I have a large car and its extremely tight to fit. I dont know whos briliant idea to put the concrete middle islands in the carpark with so little space for a large car to turn without hitting it.
I walked into place and order. My food order was ok but the dining area was a mess. Food scraps on tables and floor. Staff should be coming out and cleaning it asap especially when theres no other customers inside and no customers in the drive through.
Staff were all too busy congregating behind the counter talking about personal stuff rather than keeping the store in an acceptable condition.

I was there for the interview today , one of the lady who was RGM took my interview! Myself who have worked in kfc , i can tell that the way she talked and approached was very rude and arrogant ! Please if youre scheduling an interview with someone atleast check their resume !!!! And atleast be welcoming especially when you are working in a customer service !$!

Worst service, as all the front service lady are paid to have fun with their best friends. And also they try to have a lunch break every 30 seconds. With my simple 1 items order ready in 15 mins. It’s ridiculous.

The worst service ever!!!

Last night, I ordered 10 pieces of Wicked Wings and a slushie for my kids as a snack after their sports practice. It was past 9 PM and the place wasn’t busy, but it still took around 30 minutes to get our food. The staff were laughing and chatting among themselves, and by the time we got our order, the food wasn't hot. The fried oil smelled burnt, and the wings tasted terrible — it was honestly the worst. No one apologized for the delay, and no one informed us that it would take that long. To make things worse, I had ordered two different slushie flavors, but they gave us only one flavor without even asking.

Just embarrassing. Just got back after picking up a zinger box. Manager needs to have a chat with the staff. The "chicken" was actually broken off clumps of batter with a tiny bit of chicken within. The other boxes weren't too great either.

The zinger burger patties were thin and stale. Felt like they just reheated this multiple times till it had this emaciated miserable look and taste.

Definitely need more quality control. It's fast food so there are no lofty expectations, but this is just not done.

End December: i said "never again" but relented because my father wanted some. Absolute garbage. Battered skin really dry and falling off - this chicken was re-cooked, not fresh. End November: Hopeless and awful. Only been there 3 times and every time there has been a problem. Never again. Overcooked dry chicken or undercooked and too pink. And today I got home to find only 2 pieces of chicken when I ordered and paid for 4 pieces. Can't they even count?
