One of the Best Decisions I have made in a long time. On receiving the keys to my investment unit, Melinda arranged photos and a detailed Quote for extensive renovations at a very fair price, which I accepted immediately with minor additions. That was a Thursday afternoon. to my surprise, I received correspondence on the following Thursday morning stating that renovations were complete, staging going in that morning, professional photography that evening, listing when photos received on the Friday morning and Open Home Saturday morning. The unit sold the following Saturday at a fair, but good price. If Melinda was running in a Melbourne Cup, she would win by a furlong. Out of all the agents I’ve worked with over the past 20 years, Melinda has been the best by far. I recently sold an apartment, and she suggested several renovations that she said would deliver a 3-5x return on investment.

I trusted her judgment and followed every single recommendation. She organised all the renovations, and they were completed within just a few days. I was amazed at how much better and more sophisticated the apartment looked afterwards.

The apartment sold after the very first open house, for much higher than I expected - I believe it even set a street record.
