No exaggeration people. This place was the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed at and I've stayed at many. No air conditioning. Not even a fan. Cockroaches all over the place. I killed at least 25 of them. The worst part was waking up two days later covered, and I mean covered from head to toe with what I expect were bed-bug bites! I'm not kidding. This place needs a health inspector to shut it down or it needs new management.

Cheap, is probably the only positive thing you could say about this place, and the location is good, just a short walk to Burwood station and the Westfield shopping centre. Also, they allowed us to keep a caged rabbit in the room, the only place in Sydney we could find. As others have said, it's not very clean and the rooms are ancient, no fan etc. Not really recommended but OK if you know what you're expecting
