Highly recommend the old post office. The room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Add to that the small cheese platter and wine, plus breakfast cooked by the host, Christine, and it is well worth the stay.

What an amazing gem in the middle of Howlong! The perfect mix of old time elegance & 5 star luxury! The spa bath was a highlight as was the wonderful hospitality from Christine the owner! Perfectly manicured gardens complete the package, just a shame the rain ruined our chances of eating a beautiful cooked breakfast outside! We’ll definitely be back!

A fantastic place to stay in the Rutherglen region. True comfort in beautiful surrounds. The building, suite and gardens are a perfect example of sophisticated country luxury. When combined with the best host in the business it’s a 5 star stay all the way. Highly recommend.
