We stayed for one night, on the way back from Canberra. |While not a fancy hotel, this motel ticked every box for a comfortable, quiet stay. |It was clean, large, with a microwave, jug and toaster, with good lighting, and a great shower.|Everything just worked, and made sense.|My husband (who notices everything about comfort and sense!) really appreciated it.|We stayed in room 11. It even had a small balcony. |We were very impressed with this accommodation. |It will be very hard to choose to stay elsewhere in Mittagong.

Last weekend was the 3rd time we have stayed a weekend & each time found the rooms very clean, well appointed with microwave, crockery, cutlery, toaster & fridge which would suit if that’s your choice Comfortable beds & warm rooms. Blockout curtains & quiet neighbourhood.
This weekend had heavy rain but we were able to park under cover & enter the motel without getting drenched.
It’s also well positioned with a short walk to several great cafes or short drive to Bowral.
Will be booking there again for next trip to southern highlands.

Conveniently located, a short drive from the Hume freeway. A tidy location that is well presented. Staff are courteous when enquiring about your arrival time. The room is simple, yet sufficient, clean and tidy. However, as my room is located on the 1st floor (2 flights of stairs required) i enquired as to the availability of a room on the ground floor given that I am an amputee. I was told that all rooms were booked out, and I was shown the door outside. The manager, who had escalated from pleasant to rude them followed me to the steps outside to witness my claimed disability, to which he then offered to upgrade me to a more expensive room on the ground floor. Reading some.of the other reviews, and more importantly, the owners responses, I look forward to a similar conversation in the morning when I check out. 3/5 could only recommend to able bodied people.

stayed here for one night and that was enough. there is a general consensus among customers that the manager is extremely rude. i was berated and treated like a child when checking in as we were earlier than planned but still after check in time. when in our room heard manager having a full on argument in the corridor with another customer. he obviously thinks his behaviour is ok as he makes excuses on each negative comment. felt like we were being watched the whole time. would never stay here again or recommend better motel and cheaper across the road

The front desk guy was very helpful to my requests. Rooms clean, average space, with just enough space to hang clothes (barely). Outside looking dated and location a bit far from the station and restaurants as it was windy tonight.

The rooms are adequate and the location is nice and convenient but as other reviewers have noted, the managers are very unfriendly. Any questions or requests are met with hostility and at one stage I was subject to a torrent of insults about my character and lack of “class”. I was left feeling unsettled and uncomfortable and I left as soon as I could. The manager followed me out of the motel while yelling insults across the car park. I have never experienced anything like it. Evidence of this manager’s rudeness can be found in his responses to negative reviews.

Recently stayed at this establishment for work over a period of 3 weeks.
Dirty towels that were left on the bathroom floor were hung back up only replaced maybe once a week.
I politely asked for clean towels one afternoon and was instantly questioned about “the fresh towels I get every day”
I then responded with “my towels haven’t been changed in a couple of days after being left on the dirty floor”,
I was then yelled at and called a liar
When I questioned maybe you need to have a conversation with your cleaning staff I got the response “I have more trust in my staff then I have in YOU PEOPLE”
I showed the manager my dirty towel (with dirt on it) I was sworn at and asked to leave the premises if I wasn’t happy.
I refused and was then told if I had left that my belongings in my room would be “thrown out on the street” the next time I left the room.

I can confidently say that I have never been treated like this by any hotel staff and will never be staying at this establishment again.
