The place is falling apart. Was terrible. Stained curtains air conditioner worked at about 10%of capability lights falling out of ceiling vanity drawers were cracked water damaged and overall everything very very poor for the prices they charged. An old caravan would be better value. How they justify charging the price they do just to have a view is staggering. Would not recommend at all. Much better value anywhere else.

Was terrible please don’t waste your money on these rooms. Was falling apart and dirty. Yes has nice view but curtains were stained, lights falling out of ceiling air conditioner worked at worked at possibly 10%of how it should, vanity drawers falling apart and shower dirty with pump packs empty. They charged a good amount of money and felt ripped off for what was offered. I have photos of it all but it appears they have not allowed pictures on here so people can see what it’s really like. They say renovation started in April. I stayed in July and saw no evidence whatsoever of them being undertaken

The location is very good, close to the main street and marina, with some cafe around and few minutes drive to Pittswater shopping centre.
The room was pretty spacious, but the chairs and carpet were stained and very dirty.
There was some leakage on the window, so they placed a towel on the edge to cover it.
When in the corridor, you will find no sign to help you find your room.
The bathtub was damaged and timeworn that we didn't use it.
If you are looking to spend some time there, be aware that the TV is old, so not smart, nor able to connect to your devices.
The mini fridge was old and not maintained. The freezer part was full of frost, which made our stuff in the fridge part freeze.

This place is stuck in the '70s—and not in a good way. It’s run-down, overpriced, and clearly hasn’t seen a dollar in maintenance for decades. The bathroom was dirty and dingy, with a leaky shower that flooded the floor. The bed was uncomfortable, the curtains were stained and broken, and the car park was a nightmare. The only upside? It's near the water and right across from a pub—which you'll need for emotional support. Stayed one night and that was one too many. We’ve never packed up and checked out so fast in our lives!

Honestly, the best gateway away from Sydney. Awesome room, amazing pool in front of the ocean, super quiet and friendly staff. Highly recommended if you are looking for a run away from the city! Oh, and the wifi is also brilliant in case you need to work from here.

I was speechless when we checked into our King Spa room. The damp smell hit us first then the tired fit out, no exhausted fit out . Spider webs with spider in the wardrobe. We were on the second level which is like a dungeon. It was that bad that we didn't stay. I checked out, when i was asked what the problem was and told the young girl she did apologise. There was no way I would subject my wife to such a terrible room . I cannot believe this accommodation is charging $340 per night.

To be fair, people complaining it’s not a 4 star hotel should also be aware that we didn’t pay the 4-star money.
Everything is old but at least everything is clean (at least in my room). Staff was friendly and the view is amazing. Hopefully the renovation could bring back its charm

Bed comfy and sheets clean. Bathroom terrible toilet leaking and they had a folded towel under the leak but obviously was not sufficient. Reported to reception and said they would take a look returned from being out and nothing had been done. Vanity doors dirty and fell off when I opened it. These Reno's should be knock it down and start from scratch.
