This has been my local P.O for 1 year now and the best out of the several I’ve had.
Why?
Their Parcel Collect system is great to ensure my parcels of large makeup orders don’t get stolen or damaged, love the early opening time which really helps us who work a lot & recently I had to urgently send out some express mail but had to photocopy & print pages from my email to accompany my forms, I mean… who owns a printer anymore?!

I was so relieved to learn that I can complete the same tasks that I can at Officeworks but at a location, much closer to home which is convenient for me in my business.
I appreciate they still take cash because it is to my understanding. Manly post office are cashless and the staff are always so kind, even when working under pressure During peak periods.

A great post office with excellent customer service. It used to be run by someone who did not have strong customer service skills at all so there are some poor reviews …this has led to to much lower than expected star rating overall. The people here do everything possible to look after you.

Would give this zero stars if possible. Zero customer service or manners. Utterly rude, unhelpful and plain unnecessary. The lady owner barks at you in as few words as possible. When trying to help her find parcels by giving more info about when they would have arrived (as I could see her struggling) I just heard back " I'm looking I'm looking!!" Then I asked were there no more for me, as I was expecting a few at the same time. "That's it!" without even having the courtesy to check her untidy mess of parcels again.

Well, from the below reviews, it is pretty clear that the lady who works at the News Agency does not have any customer service skills as well as etiquette. I live 10 meters from this shop but I will definitely not be going back to this store. POST OFFICE, please work to have your reputation working for you and have some training and language skills properly addressed to your employees. Can't wait for a developer to just buy the entire lot and get rid of the whole business.

The Indian lady is one of the most rude and unprofessional people I have come across. Doesn't even say hello, just stares down at you like you're nothing until you ask for what you need and then will just grunt at you. I have to go here to pick up parcels all the time and I've never heard her say thank you. If I could give zero stars I would. Not sure what her problem is but she should get out of the customer service industry.

Some time ago, before the new people, I’d put a bad review which I can’t even find anymore as I’d like to delete it.
These new people are simply amazing. They are always smiling and always go above and beyond to help you. There is nothing too difficult for them. What a big difference! Thank you and keep up the good work!

The new staff/owners have completely turned this place into a pleasant, friendly and efficient post office now. I post with them regularly because of the early open time and easy access - no longer use any other post office now.

The lady finally went to an effort of helping me after I pretty much bagged her politely. Watching the way she felt with other customers was hectic. Do not advise having your parcels sent here, no help.
