Recently attended a two day training event here and was blown away by the quality of this place. Staff were so friendly and attentive and helpful, accessibility was absolute yet unobtrusive, and the venue was overall amazing. Big, lovely, flawlessly maintained with ocean views and modern conference facilities. Will return at the first opportunity.

Sargood is truly such a special place, the staff are so welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The physiotherapist are exceptional and I had the best physio sessions I have ever had! The rooms are so comfortable and luxurious!
The activities were absolutely amazing and the equipment is so fantastic, it was such an amazing opportunity to try an x8 chair and be able to go on a bush hike, something I never thought I would be able to do again!
There is such a wide variety of different activities to try and a great family area too. My little girl loved the basketball ball and table tennis and giant dolls house!
The location being so close to the beach is really handy and being close to the beach pool is great as I could wheel down in my chair and watch my husband take my daughter for a swim in the beach pool too.

I highly recommend Sargood to anyone, it really is a wonderful place.

Stayed at Sargood earlier this year. To say it was amazing would be an understatement. The facilities are great but beyond that the staff are the absolute best. They go above and beyond to make you feel like anything you want to do is possible and is easy. It is the first time trying new things were I didn’t feel disabled. Getting back in the water was big and took a few tries but they were so supportive and were excited for me when I overcame my fear.
All the staff played a part in making my time there one of the most memorable moments ever.

Currently on my 2nd visit. I'd give it 10 stars if I could. As a permanent wheelchair user this is the only place I feel truly independent.

The designers have literally thought of everything. The staff are lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, and whatever activity you want to do, they find a way to make it happen.

The rooms are enormous. The views are sublime. Wish I could stay forever.

I don't know what else to say that others haven't said. I am a carer and have bought the participant to Sargood twice now and I can't speak more highly of the place. The facilities, staff and activities are fantastic. Thank you all so much.

I strongly suggest this plan for people who has spinal cord injury and wants to have some holidays. bedrooms are really comfortable, the location is very convenient but the best of all is their friendly stuff. As a individual support worker, I can tell that they have all facilities which did my work a lot easy with the client that I assisted in his holidays.

Amazing staff, great facilities. Awesome view. Good parking. Uber eats will deliver right to your room and there are plenty of yummy local food options. Such a good set-up and great way to learn about helpful home automation and products for people in wheelchairs as well as do some fun, wheelchair-accessible activities including surfing, snorkelling, gym, a lighthouse trip... Sargood is saaaaaaar gooood!

If I could givr more stars I would.
My partner is tetraplegic after a misdiagnosis 6 months ago.
We went to Sargood as a holiday for our whole family including 3 toddlers.
The rooms were great.
We had a room to ourselves and the family their own, the views perfect.
The staff were absolutely amazing.
They gave him his dignity back and taught us both so much.
We can't wait to go back.
